Sometimes we will go through moments of excruciating pain that we begin to question why and how God would allow such to happen to us. Thato's story says one thing to me and that is to not allow the pain to distort everything good we have believed about God, ourselves and life in general.

Depression does not have to be the end of you, in fact nothing should be. This is a testimony of how rising is possible, regardless of how far you have fallen.

Sometimes life will beat you down a thousand times, if it does; then you will need to rise a thousand times more. We will heal, we have hope and we will find beauty in our brokenness.
