Today Coach Blu dives into family systems therapy, developing a home team, and processes this with Parham Nematollah, a licensed counselor with a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. Parham has been working in the mental health and addiction treatment space for over a decade and has great insight on how to involve the family in the healing process.
