How Important Is Learning to Fail For A Boy?

Failure is often seen as a negative thing in a boy's life. In this episode I will talk about how important it is for your son to learn to fail in a positive context. Too often parents want to rescue boys from failure to avoid frustration or negative consequences.  Knowing when to prevent a boy's failure because the cost is too high emotionally or physically takes wisdom.  A boy who learns that failure is a learning opportunity  and then grows from it will become a man who has self-confidence and will take risks when uncertainty presents itself.
