Firstly, I am an old soul on a journey!
I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, nurse
I love meditation and breathwork,
spending lots of time outside in my back yard or at the beach. I love nature and animals.
I love eating healthy whole foods and staying active by walking, running, cycling, yoga
What makes me happy now is taking care of me-Selfcare/selflove without feeling guilty!
I love giving and sharing with others
Giving and receiving hugs and kisses from my grandchildren.
