I spoke to Kara Sorensen on June 6, 2022. We came to realize really quickly how much we had in common in some of the ways we operate. Kara shared some amazing stories that she has had with her horses and how simply trusting what she received as intuition has brought her to the best places for the situation or for the grander picture.

I help horsewomen feel amazing in their bodies, even better than in their wildest dreams but what I really love is helping them love the skin they’re in. I work with women remotely. When I’m not working with clients, I spend time with my horses Wisdom and Ginger.
