In this podcast, I want to explain that success is a term that means different things to different people. And that it also has different implications depending on the country you live in. 

That success is something you have to define for yourself. 

I would like to make people aware of the different cultural implications and help them to be more empathetic.

Spreading empathetic behavior in business make people aware of the differences between counties which fosters a culture of knowledge-sharing, patience and compassion that will create a more positive environment and help to build better relationships.

To make people conscious of the importance of diversity and inclusion of woman in society and in the workspace as a diverse workforce will bring a wide range of viewpoints and experiences to the table which lead to improved decision-making, problem-solving and innovation.
