What a paradox: to be diligent and consistent in our spiritual life, becoming more aware of our thoughts and opening our minds and hearts to the tools of growth---only to be advised that we are required to “Let Go and Let God.” How can we reconcile the longings of our hearts with the relinquishing of them? How do we make a plan of action and then leave it to Spirit for its fulfillment? Let’s explore what is ours to do and what is ours to give up. The title of the this talk is a clue.
