3 Key ways to determine how well your environments (rooms/spaces) are working for you:
1-Intent: List out the primary uses or functions of your room.
(You can have more than one, but there should be a dominant use)
2-Inspiration: List out the dream room elements you'd love to have in your room.
(search Pinterest, magazines, any resources and collect ideas-pause and reflect on how these make you feel.)
Takeaway: Now you know what you want from your room, as well as what's working for you and what's not.
3-Function: List out what you NEED from your room.
(Problems it needs to solve such as storage to address clutter, etc)
Takeaway: Remove the things that aren't working, emphasize the things that are & add the things you recognize are missing.
