So thinking about what a healthy version of you looks like by thinking back to what you value most will help with perspective. Then committing to including the things you value most into your life and rhythms is so important. Figuring out how you can back out your thought process when you’re feeling overwhelmed, then figuring out how to navigate and control the controllables will help you reshape your thought process.
