Challenges - basically are 5 or 7 days  transformational experience that you can create for a lead. It's something small. You're usually solving what we call a small P problem versus a large P problem. Solve something small that helps those people get on the journey\ to whatever they're trying to achieve.

In the 5 day challenge we are creating some mindset shifts, creating some opportunity for some wins, and then levereging that challenge to make an offer. Always starting from whatever the offer is at the backend, and developing the challenge to revolve around that, because usually what will happen is that 5 or 7 day cahllenge, by the end of it you are making an offer into your program, product or service.

Challenges are: - amazing lead generation vehicles. if you're a coach, a course creator, any of those can use challenges to get, create interaction and then sell.

- The reason we use challenges and why they're so popular is because they create a ton of interaction.   - A challenge showcases the host as a leader in their space. It shows people how they're good at coaching or how they're really good at transformational aspects or they're really good at showing  people how to get from A to B to C. It allows to build trust in a very short amount of time and shortened the time to the sale.   - On a Challenge, we can get People, lets just say 100 people register, you can pretty much think that about 25 to 45% of all registrants will show up live for your trainings, which means you have more of an available audience to convert.

- You can use Challenge prior to a real launch, like a course launch or a product launch. So that you can creating that interaction that can sell later.

- Through a  Challenge, you're going to be more engaged, more trusting, more loyal than they will be through just a freebie sort of lead magnet.

How to drive traffic through Challenges 1. Use OPA - other people's audiences, this is where you can reach out to your network of people, you can post in the group if that was allowed. You would reward people for the opportunity for them to promote on your behalf. 2. If you have an established audience, then you could promote organically using lives streams, posts, social media, and promoting to your current list 3. You could also look at using some paid traffic. If you are going to use paid traffic  that you have a reference audience that you could put that towards or that you've worked on some of your audience building before. **Challenges are not great vehicles for brand spanking new people who have no list. If you have ZERO list, create a leas magnet like the checklist and then get yourself on podcasts. Use OPA to start generating your own list or invest in doing something like a summit which will utilize and leverage 20 to 30 other people's lists quickly to create list injection. And then do the challenge after the summit to create that sort of injection.

** Podcasting, Virtual Summits

Ways/ Steps to run a challenge:

1.Find something within your niche that lend itself to having a quick win. We need to find something that people can actually have wins. 2. Breaking the steps to get those quick wins int 5 or 6 mini steps. 3. Deliver daily training of their duration.

Where are the trainings delivered? -Live is better, you are going to have more interactions. (facebook groups,  etc,)  **When you do a challenge, you're never doing it just once.
