JOHN: THE GOSPEL OF BELIEF - John proclaims Jesus as the Lamb of God, but Jesus didn’t come just to forgive sins. That’s a part of the message. The forgiveness of sins is the means to a wonderful end. There will come a new heaven and a new earth. The graves will be opened up and our decaying bodies raised and transformed to be like Jesus’ own resurrection body.
