When Kelsey started her YouTube channel, she started with 0 views and 0 subscribers, just like everyone else. As she grew her channel, quitting her day job and going full-time on her channel was a major goal for her, so she started doing a few other things that would earn money besides waiting for the advertising dollars from Adsense to add up. Today she's full-time on YouTube and continues to do things that add value to her audience and earn money to make it sustainable for her.
