Much of this podcast is based on Jonathan Haidt's article "Why the Mental Health of Liberal Girls Sank First and Fastest." In this article, Jonathan Haidt explains some of the main factors that are causing an epidemic of mental health problems. We share some of our unique perspectives on these issues as Christians.
