I touched upon different ways of approaching practices of meditation and observation, that are used in order to train you will power and actualize yourself. What is fascinating that the time spans, that are required to achieve self actualization, take way longer than regular western actualization and common sense, that is used in order to help people to break through the presence. I also spilled some beans, why in my personal opinion which again, has nothing to do with main practice, but why the model of ashrams and temples can be used in order to delay people from attaining the holy truths and simple enlightenment, by complex and unnecessary practices.
