In our spiritual journey we often are confronted with the Lord asking us, “how long before you completely surrender your life to me. If I am truly God, then serve me. But if you have other “gods” in your life, I can’t really be your God fully.” I want to explore that question through the story of ancient Israel and their encounter with God on Mount Carmel.
