I know I am not alone in the struggle to love myself as I am. Constantly comparing myself to others and feeling less that what society tells us is true "beauty". In today's episode I will share my own lifelong struggle with body image and how I'm finding freedom from it. What the Bible says about how we view ourselves is much more of a spiritual issue than a physical one and how to begin to love ourselves so that we can truly love others!
