• Find the software that you like and use it until you can't use it anymore, you don't need to constantly upgrade and update. If you do that you might have a semi new feature but you'll constantly have to re-learn how to use the software.

• There are fewer women with higher education degrees than men, this can be for a multitude of reasons but none of them reflect on the ability of the person. If job posts are requiring degrees, then you will naturally get fewer women applying.
