How Many Emails Does It Take to Engage and Win Over Your Coworking Space Community?

How many emails do you have to send to your audience before they buy something?
In a coworking context, it could be as many as 15 or 20, and I would reckon it's even more than that.
People will join your email list because they're looking to get something from you.
If that email list is just about having a nice event and serving coffee, it's not enough.
You need to be educating people who may or may not, at some stage, come and buy a desk, an office, or anything like that.
We all know that when we're buying anything, from toilet brushes to headphone sets, we look at all the reviews on Amazon.
All those reviews are peer-to-peer recommendations, but they're also educational.
So, the more you educate people about your community, about your coworking space, the shorter the sales cycle will be.
But you have to be patient.
So, don't just send an email newsletter and think someone's going to buy after two minutes because you have an offer in it.
Send your newsletter to your audience on a regular basis, you'll build trust, relationships, and convey what you stand for.
