Dr. Maria Cristina of Sheehan Health and Wellness started her second act after retiring from a career in higher education. She is a personal trainer for women over 50, a health coach, and a natural body fitness competitor, winning several international medals. She started the Flourish with Age FB group which has grown organically to over 500 members.

Alicia Duque is the Creator of ConfiDANCE Studios! ConfiDANCE Studio provides workouts and workshops in-person and virtually. Alicia uses social media to spread the word about ConfiDANCE to help people move into their confidence for LIFE.
