Sanaz shares with us how she used her painful experience and turned it into a very successful business. While struggling with anxiety and depression for years and attempting to get much-needed relief, physicians encouraged Sanaz to take antidepressants. However, she was never a fan of over-the-counter medications and didn't like the idea of taking a potentially habit-forming pill to alter my mood. After taking traditional medication for over ten years, she began researching medicinal herbs and their effects on the human body. With her health sciences and biomedical engineering background and the assistance of her lab mate's mother, who provided her with a world of knowledge on ayurvedic medicine. She taught her how to use herbal remedies are used for relaxation and balance. This is how MELTS INFUSIONS was born.
