The role of a mother is one of the most exposed and vulnerable positions a woman can be in. Filled with enormous responsibility for her child or children, her greatest responsibility (as well as a father’s) is to do her inner work. A son can be “made into” her surrogate emotional partner, expected to live through her so she feels alive, complete, and loved, etc. In this week’s episode of BE ONE.
