However, the average American sits for 15 hours a day (more if there is a commute) and over 80% of us do not meet the criteria for aerobic or muscle strengthening activities. Our bodies are not moving and when we do not, our whole life suffers.

Lack of movement throughout the day leads to trouble concentrating, brain fog, depression and many other issues that do not have to be. In this episode, Sheryl encourages you to consider how little or how much you are moving your body. She discusses how the simplest  and consistent movements can make a significant impact on your life and how you can improve your day and change a situation by moving.
