How much personal detail should you put into answering the question ”Tell me about yourself?”
There are lots of pieces of information that companies WANT to know about you, but some of that information could be used to bias against you as a candidate. At the same time, if you're so tight-lipped that you come across as uncooperative or uncommunicative, that can be bad for you, also. Where do you draw the line.
