Look. Josef and I are both pretty fucking smart. We give great advice and we can see each other's blind spots like no one else can because we're around each other all the time.

But. (You knew there was going to be a but).

We resist the fuck out of each other's advice. *And* sometimes our advice for one another is unconsciously biased.
