'How my brother was robbed of justice'

The contaminated blood scandal has been described as the biggest treatment disaster in the history of the national health service. In the late 1970s and early 80 patients contracted deadly diseases like HIV and Hepatitis through infected blood products used to treat medical conditions.

The Infected Blood Inquiry examing the scandal has announced it will publish its much delayed findings next May. But victims continue to die, including the Chair of Haemophilia Northern Ireland Simon Hamilton.

His identical twin Nigel, says his brother's death on Christmas day has robbed him of the justice they campaigned for together. He talked to Gareth Wilkinson.
