He later worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch before founding his own staffing firm, Chamberlain Advisors.
An alumnus of West Point and Kellogg School of Management, Matt draws from his military background emphasizing values like discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail that translate well to private equity.
