Nic Blair is the founder of Midnight Health, a digital healthcare startup that recently raised $4mil from nib after the success of their first two brands Youly (women's healthcare) and Stagger (men's healthcare). Prior to launching Midnight Health, Nic founded digital marketing agency Search Factory in 2011, which was later acquired by global media group Dentsu. He has been recognised in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, Anthill 30under30 and was a winner at the 2019 Australian Young Entrepreneur Awards.
