Don’t you love it when someone says, “It’s not at all what you think it is” or “Nope, you’re totally pointed in the wrong direction.” No matter what the “you’re on the wrong track” vibe is, it can feel like a real bummer at first. Until…you get on the right track. Then…KABLOOEY! Ding, ding, ding…Score!
Well, this episode is a little bit like that. When you’re struggling to attract new leads or get genuine buy-in from your team or staff…MOST OFTEN it’s about clarity — the WHY is murky and your motivation is mixed and misunderstood — and the WAY you’re delivering, connecting, or educating is overcomplicated, overstuffed, and inconsistent.
Get a taste of the deep educational and transformational design work we do to support leaders, teachers and CEOs to attract more ready-to-say-yes clients and more committed buy-in from their people.
This is the tip of the iceberg.
The Real Life Riff
What’s the problem we see our leaders and educators facing consistently? Not being able to attract the right students, staff or employees or not being able to make the changes/transformation they set out to create in their businesses, teams, or within their education….
Symptoms:
Low interest/low enrollment
Low engagement: disinterest, lack of engagement, not finishing, (retreating/rebelling)
The problem in 3 parts looks like:
People don’t raise their hands because they don’t know what you’re sharing/promoting/offering/trying to accomplish
People don’t stay engaged because you offer too much — lack of clarity will do that
People don’t self-advocate or re-enroll because they are overwhelmed or can’t see the point
What’s the solution?
As an educator clarity is paramount
Problem who want to educate have
