In our lives there will always be those times where life happens and now  we are left with periods of sadness, fear and hopelessness. What  happens when we get to that place of Hopelessness? How do we get out of it ? How do we live life and not allow ourselves to  become so hopeless it controls our life and zaps us from our Joy ,  peace and hinders our faith.
