All too often though we can feel trapped when trying to implement a system perfectly. Worse, many of the articles, books, webinars and shows we take in offer advice that may never work for an ADHDer.
This week I talk about how easy it is to "hack" ourselves to death and offer an insight into my struggles with trying implement the Getting Things Done (GTD) productivity system. I also discuss ways to better utilize some of the methods suggested by the book.
