So, On the 14th of March, 2020: ALmost every student left their homes from College "NIT Hamirpur" because of the coronavirus and everyone was kind of shocked but also cool with 15 days break just a week after mid sem exams. But that two-week holiday turned out to be a year-long isolation time period and which still is going on. It's been a full year and still, there is no chance of NIT Hamirpur opening again. But students are hopefully and desperately want the institute to open.
