Bill O'Herron is a financial sales executive, Licensed social worker and author of the book Waking Up Marriage: Finding Truth Inside Your Partnership. He has spent most of his career  understanding gender myths and roles and championing women's rights. Bill has been influenced over the years by several strong female leaders,  not to mention his wife and three daughters. His experience adds a lot to the discussion of women in the workplace and how men can understand the basis of their perceptions to be a better champion for their female  colleagues.
