Ashley Wynn-Grimes had always wanted to become a nurse. Everything about her career was therefore fixed right during her high-school years when she'd decided to pursue nursing. And once she became one, she loved every bit of it. But though the desire to help and care for people remained strong even 14 years after she began her career, she started to become bored of it.

When Ashley was increasingly growing bored of her job, she rejoined a previous hospital for the third time. The best thing about the hospital was that every time she joined there, she was in a period of transition. The first time, she joined as a nurse technician, the second time she joined there, she was doing her Master's, and the third time, she was transitioning into an entrepreneur.

Realizing the medicinal benefits of cannabis, Ashley decided to make a full-time career educating nurses and hospitals about it, leading her to found Cannabis Nursing Solutions as a first-time entrepreneur.
