School lunches have changed a lot since you were a student. Now breakfast is served across the city. Mondays have gone meatless. Cultural considerations are taken into account. But serving more than a million meals per day costs the city hundreds of millions of dollars a year. It's a serious task, and a big expense. Pat Kiernan sits down with Education Reporter Jillian Jorgensen to dish about food in schools.
