Hetty reveals what it's like to be proud of yourself, a concept that is completely alien to Nathan Sunjai. Hetty is due to begin the second stage of corrective surgery after losing over 10 stone through diet and exercise alone. She's feeling good about herself and can't stop thinking about it.

Sunjai is not quite sure this counts as and obsession but Nathan feels inspired.
