Todays episode was inspired by a few of my clients, who this week stepped on the scales between check ins to 'check' how they were getting on after a positive few days. (We've all been there right?!)....then shock horror, we havent lost as much as we wanted and are left feeling deflated & find ourselves making poor choices as a result. So today, i discuss the how often we should be weighing ourselves, if the midweek check is helpful & how we stop giving power to a peice of plastic with a battery.
