I got stuck in a thought spider web yesterday. A very familiar, very worn spider web.
I’m not doing enough, I’m getting it wrong, I’m messing it up.
All things I know not to be true. And yet, *face plants into spider web*
What a human thing to do, eh?
I found my way out a few hours later through the help of my supportive partner, and my own knowingness of TRUTH.
So here I am in this voice note, confessing to you all my human-ness, my spider web blinders, and how I used certain spiritual principles to break free.. and hopefully those same principles can help YOU to break free as well.
If you are struggling (or struggled) with your own thought spider-web, would you be willing to share it below to help us all feel more permission to be human? And if you found your way out to higher truth, we’d love to hear that as well!
