I want to share a piece of my story with you. This is the path that brought me here, and why I’ve created this course.

My journey with medicine began when I was young. Sometimes in messy, unintentional ways, surrounded by people who weren’t always the best influences.

Mushrooms found me at sixteen, and even though I didn’t fully understand what I was opening, they began to reveal layers of myself I didn’t know existed.

Later, cannabis became part of my coping and creativity, and cacao showed me that healing could be soft and heart-centered.

But it wasn’t all light. There were times when I spiraled into anxiety, panic attacks, and PTSD.

There were moments when I used medicine to escape instead of to heal. And yet, those very struggles became the teachers that showed me the importance of intention, integration, and sovereignty.

Through years of sitting with mushrooms, ayahuasca, hapé, and other medicines I learned that these plants are not here to save us. They are here to help us remember who we truly are. It took time to integrate all the lessons the medicine showed me, and the integration is actually the most important part.

The ceremony doesn’t end when the medicine wears off. The ceremony continues in how we live, how we love, and how we share our gifts.

That’s why I created Sacred Medicine, Sovereign Path.

This course is the first step to a conscious relationship with these plant teachers. A map of remembrance, woven with my personal stories, teachings on each medicine, and practices to help you walk this path with reverence.

It’s not about chasing visions. It’s about grounding into your truth so you can live in alignment with your purpose.

For me, medicine has been the key to coming home to myself. It has supported me in transforming depression, anxiety, and trauma into clarity, joy, and sovereignty.

And now, it’s my honor to share what I’ve learned with you, so you can walk this path not in confusion or fear, but with reverence, love, and guidance.
