In this episode of Talk Your Abs Off, I’m coming to you from Orlando, Florida, where I attended PodFest 2026 and had the chance to connect with an incredible variety of fellow podcasters. Instead of my usual format, I wanted to capture something fun, real, and human from the event, so I asked a simple question: what is one healthy habit you maintain in your life?

The answers were thoughtful, funny, and diverse, which perfectly reflects what I talk about so often on this show. Health is not one-size-fits-all. It doesn’t look the same for everyone, and it isn’t limited to workouts or nutrition. It can be emotional, mental, physical, or social. Hearing so many perspectives reinforced how many ways there are to care for yourself.

My hope is that something you heard resonated with you and maybe sparked an idea you can experiment with in your own life. Remember, building healthy habits doesn’t have to be extreme or complicated. Often it starts with something small, consistent, and meaningful to you.
