Growing up as a girl in Essex Danny Baker always thought he was a monster. Blighted by poverty and domestic violence, the young Danny began selling drugs and fighting everyone until he was sent to jail. Shown love and acceptance like he'd never known, Danny began committing crimes just to go back to prison. Eventually, he realised he was trans and had a sex change; it proved to be the best decision of his life and prompted him to embark on a boxing career.
