John is the founder of The Resicom Group, a facility construction and maintenance company. Under his leadership, they have grown to serve clients at an international level.

He loves doing great work with others. He believes that by developing better questions, people can find better answers to specific challenges. The answers help organizations improve processes, develop teams, and protect the brand.
Humble Beginnings in the Industry
John had his share of challenges and setbacks. He used to work for family members that worked in painting companies.
He helped grow his uncle’s company, and left later to embark on his own business. To this day, he is thankful to his uncle for the trust.
Tapping the Human Resource
20 years ago, John struggled with becoming relevant. Poverty taught him to always find the good in people. According to him, circumstances sometimes mask their value.
