Real estate is a long term game. If you're looking for a quick buck, you'd do better looking elsewhere. So while it's not a get rich quick game, it is a get rich for sure game. 

And the best way to do that is to play long term games with long term people. This Naval quote can be broken down into 2 parts, the game, and the people. 

Billionaires, people who are immensely successful in their industries, are constantly playing the long game. They are able to look at the industry and see its future. And then to play that game, they have to play with teammates. And these teammates need to be in it for the long haul.
