Gary Jonas is a Founding Member and CEO of The How Group. The How Group is a real estate company that started in Philadelphia as a multifamily developer and now has grown to have a Mortgage Company, Property Acquisitions Team, General Contractor, Property Management Team, Property Investments Team, and Real Estate Sales Team. The How Group has 750 units and their real estate team did around 100 million in sales last year.
