But how did the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign first start? We’ll look back at the history of the holiday fundraiser. The city of Vincennes is one of nine communities in Indiana chosen for the Hoosiers Enduring Legacy Program, and now city leaders need to hear from residents on how to help improve our community as part of this effort.
