I’ve been reading through the book Leaders Eat Last with several members of my team at Congruent and it’s spurred on some deeper thinking about what’s going on in company culture, relationships, and society at large.

When we reduce one another to single believes or values, we destroy relationships. The CLARITY is that we care for, cooperate with, and depend on people with many beliefs that are different than ours. That is the basis for healthy society. 

I hope this principle encourages you to serve more and care more this week.
