I am joined by Andy Greene who supports disabled rights, I met inspiring Andy at an organisation he was working at in Islington when I was struggling, I tried everything nothing worked until I turned to Reiki Meditation, since then I have freed myself from all mental illness' and now have independence. 

Since my recovery I now help and teach other's through Reiki how it can benefit anyone from any walk's of life. Andy is yet to try Reiki - join us on the episode of discovery.
