In this episode I talk about why fear isn’t real and the 6 steps I use to start surrendering. It really is important to acknowledge that fear and worry show up differently in each of our bodies. How to surrender when you can’t see why something didn’t work out. That maybe something even better and bigger is meant for you. But not in the exact way that you see it or want it. If it doesn’t happen in that way we think something is wrong or that it’s not possible for us to be or have it.
