After securing Missguided as a client within their first 3 weeks of trading, the business went from strength to strength, catching the attention of Pretty Little Thing, My Protein, Game, Playstation and ODEON. Now a multi-million pound agency, operating across the UK and USA, Carrie has built one of the leading creative agencies for household brands.
Carrie talks to David Newns about some of the lessons she's learned during her career including why she feels that confidence is key to getting ahead in business, keeping things simple and some of the pressures she's felt as a female founder.
