Different drugs have different overdose levels, measured by LD50 (median lethal dose; i. e. it kills you). LSD has an EXTREMELY high LD50, especially compared to other drugs such as alcohol, nicotine, morphine, cocaine, etc. So if a drug is safe/difficult to OD on, that means even if you take a SHITLOAD more than what you're supposed to take, you won't die/suffer organ failure/etc. So if most people take 200 micrograms of LSD, you'd need to take around 200 milligrams (an absurd amount, not to mention it would cost an incredible sum of money) at once.
