This week I get to interview the Founder and Executive Director of the Blind Institute of Technology Mike Hess.  Mike has built a non-profit organization whose mission is to reduce teh high unemployment rate among the blind and visually impaired.  Mike has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry doing everything from project management, business analysis, product development and management.  We discuss his own struggles finding work in the tech industry as a blind man.  What the biggest barrier to entry for those in the BVI community is to the work force.  Why now is the perfect time to tap the most underserved section of our society.  We have an amazing conversation you are not going to want to miss.
